"When I lead an overarching change management manoeuvre and created a Medical Clinical and Market Access cluster, I asked Annet Muetstege to lead a new team of Evidence Strategists. The challenge was to get scientists out of their comfort zone and liaise with various stakeholders to collect input in order to systematically build Evidence Strategy Plans for prioritized products and address evidence needs from a regulatory and commercial perspective.
